For Ameri's 30th birthday I decided to take him to a concert because he's never been to a "big" one. I thought Coldplay would be a good choice because he likes their music and it was guaranteed to be a good show! Unfortunately, he forgot to bring the ear plugs I told him to bring (those concerts are LOUD!) but we still had a great time anyway. He was surprised that I didn't need ear plugs and I told him I'm a wild woman at heart ;-)
Coldplay did not disappoint and we got to let our hair down a little. Thanks to Annette for watching the girls!

Chris Martin on the big screen. Man, that guy has TALENT! They all do actually!
The band walked all the way to the back of the stadium for those of us who were WAY BACK . . . They did a few songs there and got the crowd really riled up. They even did an acoustic version of "Billy Jean" as a tribute to Michael Jackson.

That sounds so cool. I love Cold Play too, and an outdoor concert would be great. The only "big" concert I've been to was U2 in 2001. I'm definitely due for another one. Way to celebrate guys, and chins! Haha. Kristi, you make me laugh.
